The Apartment
The apartment, sleeping up to 5 people, consists of two twin bedrooms, one of which can easily be made up to accommodate a quality ‘Z’ bed thus making a triple room. The spacious lounge is equipped with comfortable leather seating, satellite TV, video/DVD and hi-fi. The dining area has seating for up to 6 people and is separated from the fitted kitchen by a breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary pots, pans, crockery and utensils and offers a built in oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. The fully tiled shower room is fitted with twin wash basins, w.c. and bidet. Externally a “Lay-Z-Spa” is available from April to October and the terrace has a gas barbeque, sun-loungers and dining table and chairs.

As you will see the accommodation is modern, bright, spacious and exceptionally well facilitated. It comprises:
- Two twin bedrooms with ample fitted wardrobes. Bedroom 1 (3.7m x 2.4m (12' x 7'10')), Bedroom 2 (3.9m x 3.1m (12'9' x 10'2')). There is also a good quality folding “Z” bed which provides sleeping accommodation for a fifth person. This can be placed in one of the bedrooms or in the lounge whichever is the more convenient. - Photo
- A spacious lounge (6m x 4m (19'8' x 13')) equipped with satellite television, DVD player, Radio/CD Hi-Fi and ample leather seating. A selection of games (Trivial Pursuit, Monopoly, Scrabble, etc.), books and DVD’s are provided, together with local maps, guides and tourist information. The lounge also has full width sliding patio doors giving direct access onto the terrace and garden. - Photo
- An open plan kitchen (3.9m x 3.8m (12'9' x 12'5'), fully equipped with ceramic hob, built under oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. Plentiful crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots and pans are provided for your convenience. A breakfast bar separates the kitchen from the dining area. - Photo

Apartment Floor Plan:
The plan of the apartment shows the living room including lounge, dining and kitchen areas, the two double bedrooms and the shower room. An external flight of steps, for the sole use of guests in the apartment, leads up to the drive thereby making the apartment private and fully self contained.
